Job Summary:

The IT Application Support Analyst will have expert knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications. Our IT professional is responsible for researching and developing new methods and functionality to enhance the end-user experience. This innovative professional will excel in a public-faced role, have excellent communication skills and the ability to train Camillo staff in basic and advanced functionalities of all supported applications.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Research and train staff on advanced techniques for MS Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and teams.
  • Support the installation and configuration of MS Office 365 applications
  • Provide solutions for application-related Support Center requests and accurately document all work performed through the ticketing system.
  • Research, document, and train staff members on new features of MS Office applications
  • Promote new ways of working, change initiatives, and new training initiatives.
  • Perform general helpdesk duties such as resolving tickets, connecting printers, working with Intune-managed devices, and asset management.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
  • Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.
  • Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

  • In-depth technical knowledge and experience in MS Office 365 Cloud technology and good overall knowledge in Information Technology.
  • Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating system and O365 products.
Education and Experience
  • Associate degree or five years' experience in an IT training environment.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Expert certification preferred or Microsoft Office Specialist.
