A construction services company in Virginia is looking to add an experienced Administrative professional to join their growing team as an Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will:

  • Interface with Executives, assistants, and other internal/external professionals both nationally and internationally
  • Manage calendar for Senior Executives
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, etc.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and reconcile expenses, as needed
  • Attend meetings with Project Executive or Management to capture meeting minutes and type them for review and approval
  • Administrative duties such as travel arrangements, typing letters, memorandums and correspondence
  • Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • Assist in organization of project-wide events
  • Organize, prioritize, and summarize the content on incoming mail, calls, special requests, and meetings
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Administrative experience supporting Senior-level Executives
  • High School Diploma / GED from an accredited institution
Desired Skills:
  • Polished demeanor.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented.
