Responsibilities for Events Coordinator include but are not limited to:
· Support Engineering Site Leader with rhythm of business (RoB) and priority execution
· Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite/offsite events and partnerships
· Partner with communications, HR, D&I, and other teams to drive culture and engagement
· Manage budgeting activities, including tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
· Support and deliver strategic initiatives, cross‑group projects, and community engagement activities
Candidates for Events Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· Bachelor’s/associate degree or equivalent experience
· 5–7 years of experience in operations management and execution
· Strong collaboration and influencing skills across matrixed teams
· Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent communication, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information

· Pay: $30/hr.
· Shift: Hybrid Monday–Friday, Business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
