Digital Marketing Manager

As a
Digital Marketing Manager , you will hire and oversee a digital marketing team responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and, ultimately, revenue growth through effective digital strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to optimize our online presence and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert prospects into customers.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to optimize digital marketing efforts continuously.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Manage digital content creation, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia assets.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
Content Marketing:
Develop content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
Oversee the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging.
Social Media Management:
Develop and maintain a social media presence on relevant platforms.
Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, and visuals, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions.
SEO and SEM:
Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility and ranking.
Conduct keyword research, analyze search trends, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase website traffic and generate leads or sales.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance.
Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Digital Marketing is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successfully executing and managing digital campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying abreast of digital marketing trends and innovations.
