Assistant Manager Digital Marketing Planning

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
DTC (Direct to Consumer) Marketing Planning delivers plans, processes and capabilities, aligned with the strategy, to ensure a premium consumer experience. Working in close coordination with the Sr. Manager Digital Marketing Planning, the aspiration is to help define and build a consistent DTC and digital strategy and direction, leading to one seamless experience across all consumer touchpoints and clear priorities across the teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support driving strategic alignment in the Digital ecosystem by curating and creating seasonal plans, calendars and activation plans that enable in-season reactiveness.
• Coordinate across the DTC Marketing & Media teams as well as eCom partners to secure inputs and feedback into seasonal plans and to capture in-season market deviations.
• Consider both brand strategy and channel targets, help identify risks, flag concerns and find solutions. Track and manage status & operations of open topics and risks and opportunities, identified as part of the pre-season Go-to-Market process.
• Represent the NAM Digital perspective when providing input to global and local cross-functional teams and actively share deviations.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and be the connection point between NAM Digital Marketing and local Buying&Planning, Business Units as well as global teams.
• Support the Go-to-Market-process for the NAM Digital Marketing team and ensure data accuracy across pre-season planning tools as well as continuous updates and optimization.
• Maintain the Go-to-Market documentation and own the Sharepoint structure and updates.
• Present and share plans in various forums and ensure the related priorities are clear across the teams.
• Closely collaborate with buying teams to ensure product coverage for local key moments and content used in activations.
• Drive retrospective Analytics reporting needs to compile key learnings, insights, and measure the success of the plan in order to give effective operational feedback to our partners.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Highly collaborative with strong verbal and communication skills
• Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
• Strong task management skills with an exceptional understanding of process analysis/workflow
• Digital business acumen, ability to understand consumer behavior
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to meet critical deadlines with very strong organizational skills and proactive management.
• Previous experience in Project Management / Marketing Planning / DTC / Digital
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and prioritize project/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• A track record of stakeholder management
• High resilience and solution oriented attitude
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
• Fluent in English
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Four year college or university degree preferably in a Marketing/Business/Digital/eCom discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management, Marketing Planning, Digital/eCom
