PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth through strategic direct sales initiatives, leverage our core competencies. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : Supports, solicits and negotiates commercial contracts for domestic and international companies. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS S. Degree in Engineering or Business Five (5) years in related sales support positions. Adept at Microsoft Office to communicate with customers and internal management current sales and deliver impacts. In depth understanding of MRP/ERP, Oracle preferred Comprehensive knowledge of functions within sales, marketing and operations. Proven experience in direct sales, with a successful track record in a sales leadership role. Strong team-building skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others. Strategic thinker with excellent market analysis capabilities. Ability to set and communicate a clear vision for the sales team. Experience in developing and executing competitive sales strategies.
