  • Supports the IT development process by executing and maintaining test plans, identifies issues and works with development team on resolution.
  • Execute functional and regression tests for web-based applications, quoting tools, and administrative system releases
  • Monitors/triages/debugs issues and helps identify fixes
  • Contributes to continuous improvement in processes
  • Work as directed on enhancements, documentation and/or system support
  • Work with team and business partners to determine acceptance criteria
Required Skills/Experience
  • Experience with BrowserStack and mobile testing is preferred
  • Strong process orientation; detail orientated and efficient with tactical tasks
  • 3+ years quality testing experience
  • Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
  • Strong technology skills with a good understanding of PC based applications, including MS Office Professional and Internet based applications
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Experience with BrowserStack and mobile testing
  • Experience in life, health, or long term care insurance industry.
