Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, review, and refine Acceptance Test Plans based on user stories or requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive test cases for Acceptance Testing and explore additional testing strategies for enhanced quality assurance.

  • Oversee and manage assigned software modifications, ensuring top-quality releases.
  • Identify areas lacking test coverage and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the quality department team to create new tools and infrastructure.
  • Lead discussions on test generation, enhancements, and process optimizations.
  • Examine engineering metrics and propose strategies to improve KPIs.
  • Recommend enhancements to both functional and technical aspects of products.
  • Drive process enhancements and mentor QA Engineers in specific product areas.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Demonstrated experience in testing enterprise software applications.
  • Ability to craft detailed test cases for intricate functionalities.
  • Expertise in assessing features and selecting suitable testing methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and client interaction capabilities.
  • Proficient in risk estimation and cross-team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Cloud or SaaS software testing, including SQL Server, Web Services (REST API), Azure DevOps, JIRA, Xray, and GIT.
  • Understanding of OLAP and multidimensional data principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with EPM/CPM or financial systems.
  • Experience with consolidation software like OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), SAP BOFC (Cartesis), SAP Outlooksoft BPC, IBM Cognos, or other EPM solutions.
  • Experience mentoring junior QA Engineers.
  • ASQ or CQE Certification or in the process of obtaining certification.
