The Project Manager II for the Marketing Team is a pivotal role responsible for spearheading the seamless delivery of both new and existing products, from inception through production to project completion. Leveraging a blend of personal drive and disciplined project management methodologies, this position ensures alignment with category strategy, as well as meeting customer and internal commitments. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership skills, playing a central role in assembling and energizing cross-functional teams to attain predefined project objectives.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Lead project manager for new RPM projects that range from short to long in duration, more complex and ambiguous, and/or low to med/high risk. Lead of project includes managing scope, timeline, costs, quality standards and trials.
•Lead of ad-hoc projects includes managing timeline, costs, quality standards and applicable trials and samples. Be point of contact for Sales Directors.
•Lead project manager for select major product lines transitions. This could include substrate, packaging and/or formulation changes.
•Provide administrative support for category specific and/or customer specific projects such as facilitating sample requests and packaging requests.
•Facilitation and use of RPM and project management processes, including related required documentation.
•Demonstrate commitment to Rockline's RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
•Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate's essential accountabilities.
•Contribute to a cooperative working effort by demonstrating a willingness to perform other job-related work, as needed or requested.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor's Degree required. In lieu of bachelor's degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, to include leading cross-functional teams and initiatives is required.
•PMP Certification preferred.
•Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word.
•Experience leading cross functional teams.
•Key competencies are motivating others, dealing with ambiguity, teamwork, adaptability, problem solving, customer focused, conflict management, and crucial conversation skills.
•Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
•Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, prioritizing business needs effectively across projects.
•Highly organized and pay attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently.
•Demonstrate excellence in written, verbal, interpersonal, quantitative and computer skills.
•Ability to support increasingly complex projects, problem solving skills and technical challenges.
•Willingness to pursue PMP or other Project Management Certification training.
