We are seeking a talented Senior Network Systems Engineer who has hands-on experience focusing on Zero Trust Technology within federal government environments.
Job Description- Lead technical project delivery for large, complex organizations, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- Conduct product selection initiatives, including Automation & Orchestration (A&O), Artificial Intelligence (AI), analytics, secure DevOps, identity and access management, or network access control.
- Develop and implement Zero Trust solutions, roadmaps, and capabilities in alignment with industry standards, including NIST 800-207 and DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture.
- Apply knowledge of networking concepts, including ICAM, SASE, ZNTA, CASB, and Cloud, to enhance cybersecurity posture.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, including CISO, CIO, and CTO, to ideate, build, and execute cybersecurity capability maturation strategies.
- Work with project and proposal teams to incorporate and develop high-quality implementation plans and roadmaps.
Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field and 10-15 years of related experience. Additional years of experience and cyber certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.
10+ years of experience with technical project delivery for large, complex organizations
Experience with product selection initiatives, including A&O, AI, analytics, secure DevOps, identify and access management, or network access control
- Experience in a cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering role
- Experience with innovative cybersecurity capabilities, including A&O, AI, machine learning, NGFW, and Big Data
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field and 10-15 years of related experience. Additional years of experience and cyber certifications may be considered in lieu of degre
- Information Security Certification, including CEH, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Active Top Secret Clearance
Requirements of position: Think analytically, effective verbal and written communication skills, make decisions, observe/remember details, interpret data, concentrate on tasks, adjust to change, handle stress/emotions. Regular attendance, maintain work schedule, attend meetings, meet deadlines, keyboard/type, handle confidential information, use math/calculations, stay organized, operate office equipment, may direct others. Must be able to see, have eye/hand coordination, and lift up to 10 lbs. May be exposed to dust/dirt, humidity, and noise.
