Service-related activities for all size customers within the territory will include but are not limited to fittings events for ballistic vests, uniforms, other products along with delivering completed uniforms to agencies with delivery requirements. When you are not working in the field, you will be assisting with retail operations in the branch (store) location.WHAT YOU WILL DO Work closely with Branch Manager, Outside Sales Executives, Inside Sales Account Representatives, and other Galls teams in assigned territory to schedule on-site fittings or other customer related activitiesWork within the store (branch) when not performing retail field tasksStock vehicle with necessary equipment on a weekly or periodic basisEnsure the highest level of customer satisfactionAbility to travel extensively for customer appointments, including some overnight travelWorks with manufacturer's representatives from vendor communityMay work with and provide information to Galls branch locations in territory to enable strong customer serviceMaintains active involvement with customers to ensure satisfactionBSR's will eventually pick up some Sales capacity in the future state of the roleAssist customers in Branch when not performing Branch Service Rep responsibilitiesOther duties as assigned to meet business needsWHAT YOU WILL BRINGGeneral knowledge of Galls business and product categoriespreferredAbility to work independently and manage territory - strong time-management and drive requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail; must be able to multi-taskCommitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceProficient in internet and Microsoft Windows, Word, ExcelWHAT TO SEND OUR WAYYour application with your resume or job history, highlighting your education, experience, and skillsGalls is an Equal Opportunity Employer of people from all walks of life, including persons with disabilities and veterans.
