About the Role

Galls LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Branch Managers, Outside Sales Executives, and other Galls teams to schedule on-site fittings and other customer-related activities.
  • Assist with retail operations in the branch location when not performing field tasks.
  • Stock vehicles with necessary equipment on a weekly or periodic basis.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Travel extensively for customer appointments, including some overnight travel.
  • Work with manufacturer's representatives from the vendor community to provide product information and support.
  • Maintain active involvement with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • General knowledge of Galls business and product categories is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory with strong time-management and drive required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in internet and Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
