Pharmacy. Provide Leadership and Subject Matter Expertise in the Area of Pharmacy loss prevention and act as a liaison between G.O., IS&S and Division Pharmacy Departments. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and Coordinate activities related to the Maintenance, Support, design enhancement and feedback of Pharmacy loss prevention Program for the Enterprise. Manage and Coordinate activities related to the Maintenance, Support, design enhancement and feedback of the Suspicious Order Monitoring Program for the Logistics Department and other similar Programs implemented by G.O. Pharmacy. Analyze issues and be the primary point of contact for Pharmacy loss prevention between all impacted Departments and locations including G.O. Pharmacy and Logistics. Partner with Pharmacy locations and Pharmacy Loss Prevention Associates to identify priorities and Develop transaction monitoring policies. Partner with Divisions to Develop and/or change Pharmacy policies and Procedures. Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of Data feed between External Pharmacy System vendors (i.e. Nation Drug Code (NDC), PDX, Cardinal, Peyton, MedTurn etc.,) and Kroger (EPRN, G.O. Pharmacy teams). Represent the company in Regulatory meetings, as needed, with vendors, State Boards of Pharmacy, government Regulatory agencies and standardization organizations to ensure Compliance with all applicable laws. Develop Business requirements for Pharmacy related loss prevention Programs, as required. Oversee and deliver all Loss Prevention Training and orientations; provide Developmental Training. Communicate and make recommendations for Project Development and expansion, where appropriate, for the Loss Prevention Analyzer Program and the Suspicious order Monitoring Program. Provide regular status reports of investigations and/or cases to the appropriate individuals and Business units. Communicate with and make recommendations to the G.O. Pharmacy team and the Logistics team regarding the LPA and SOM Systems as needed. Assist Analysts with Pharmacy loss prevention Data analysis of two or more Divisions, as Business needs warrant. Analyze and monitor the transactional activity in the Kroger Co. Divisions for trends and exceptions. Recruit, interview and hire Pharmacy Analyst staff. Supervise and coach direct reports in the Performance of their duties; complete Performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

QUALIFICATIONS Desired Previous Job Experience: Kroger Retail or Division office Pharmacy experience Pharmacy background or education Bachelor's degree
