  • Conduct apprehensions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Engage with store associates regarding damage control and shrinkage initiatives.
  • Identify and address both internal and external theft issues.
  • Adhere to shoplifting guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers.
  • Monitor and deter dishonest activities from external sources.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and sound judgment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Investigative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and unexpected situations.
  • Collaborative team player, working well with peers and supervisors.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail or security preferred.
