Director of Nursing Salary starting at $125k Oak Grove Manor is a long-term care facility that is dedicated to providing quality care to our residents. Job Summary The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the overall nursing operations of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong leadership and management background, and a commitment to providing quality care to our residents.
