In-bound new sales opportunities generated through marketing leads Listen and understand customer needs and requirements Present our solutions to the customer if it fits their needs Answer customer questions about our service, pricing, etc. Close sales opportunities and achieve sales targets Stay informed about competing products and services Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Track record of achieving or over-achieving sales targets Strong listening and communication skills on the phone and/or web chat Skilled in persuasion and influencing skills Effective objection handling skills Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask Effective customer service skills that build trust Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Appetite for learning Attention to detail and strong follow through Basic Qualifications & Competencies

2+ years of proven Inside Sales experience Familiarity with consulting selling and sales skills in general Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications & Competencies

3-5 years telesales or telecom sales experience Persuasive and goal-oriented Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories Physical Demands & Working Environment
