About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting territory sales visits, offering our water restoration services, and meeting weekly sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct territory sales visits to offer our water restoration services.
  • Follow up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems.
  • Meet weekly sales objectives.
  • Use established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.
  • Effectively use provided company technology to upload photographic documentation for each job site visited into appropriate applications.
  • Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Sales experience is strongly desired, but not required.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of smart devices, applications, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Xactimate, MECA is desired, but not required.
  • Ability to independently problem solve, resolve conflict, and manage priorities.
