Backed by prominent Austin-based VC’s, we've been in the game for three years and are looking for a stellar sales professional to help build the foundation for a great sales department. Who You Are: We’re looking for an experienced sales leader, a player-coach, to come in and build the sales organization. Sales isn't just a job—it's in your DNA. You thrive on engaging with clients, driving deals to closure, learning quick, failing fast, and overcoming objections. You could sell ice to an Eskimo

and

convince them they need it in bulk.

Executive Engagement:

Convincing C-level and VP executives that they need to jump on the digital bandwagon? Piece of cake for someone like you.

Presentation Pro:

When it comes to presentations, canvases, and spreadsheets, you're the real MVP. You can turn even the most boring data into a masterpiece.

Sage of Sales:

You're a master of sales techniques, with wisdom to share and stories to tell. You've seen many things and experienced success and failures. You're ready to pass on your knowledge and help train your own team.

Pipeline Mastery:

You don the mantle of responsibility when it comes to the sales pipeline and sales playbook construction. Collaborate with the execs, marketing, and tech teams to optimize it.

Been-There-Done-That:

You've got experience, but you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. From building scripts, presentation content, and KPIs to negotiating contracts.

Brand Ambassador:

You're not just a salesperson, you wear the WOLF flag at the industry conferences and events we showcase at.

Data Detective:

You're not afraid to dive into data. From crunching stats to uncovering hidden opportunities, you know how to strike gold.

Performance Powerhouse:

When you say you'll deliver, you deliver. Simple as that.

Communication Champ:

Whether it's Zoom, phone, email, or face-to-face, you've got the gift of gab. You can talk the talk and walk the walk, all while building and maintaining strong relationships at every stage of the sales process.

7-9 years of sales experience, preferably within mid-market B2B SaaS
