Pavone Group, a company with multiple niche advertising agencies and with offices in PA, GA, NY & Kansas City, is looking for

Digital Lead

to join our team. The Digital Lead is responsible for evangelizing and championing the digital strategy, user experience, content strategy and inbound marketing techniques for our clients, in a manner that results in increased client ROI.

The position would work in a hybrid capacity from one of our offices in Harrisburg, PA, Philadelphia, PA or Atlanta, GA.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Investigates user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.

Develops and conceptualizes a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

Provides advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

Achieves an overall understanding of technology mediums in we execute.

Defines the technology path for the work we want to do and how we want to do it.

Prioritizes the platforms we want to work in - those we need to learn and those we want to avoid.

Communicates with customers in the sales process, ideation, strategy, and scoping efforts for both new business and current clients.

Collaborates with creative leadership for each agency in digital efforts and creative integration.

Defines onboarding processes for projects and in-take methodology and throughput to completion in collaboration with the operations team.

Actively participates in the estimating process including building scopes, auditing technology and UX/UI and working with the team to win new business.

Provides leadership and expertise to drive/inform long-term strategy and vision for digital marketing (display, ABM, search, social, native, video, email, etc.) and interactive initiatives.

Works with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, account strategists, etc.) to effectively manage the development of digital marketing projects from assets and web properties to fully-integrated campaigns.

Supports and offers expertise on the development of websites and other technical projects.

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities

Minimum 8-10 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years of agency experience preferred

Diverse digital advertising platform experience (PPC, display, social, native, video, mobile etc.) and expansive ad technology experience (ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, etc.)

Effective leadership and managerial capabilities: ability to speak to how you’ve developed others and led a team to success

Have a deep understanding of UX principles and best practices and think mobile first
