As a Digital Content Strategy Lead, in Business Banking, you will join our team and lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that improve the customer experience across our digital ecosystem. As the Digital Content Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy across various digital channels to engage and attract small business owners, drive brand awareness, and ultimately generate leads. This role will manage 2-3 direct reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a cohesive digital content strategy tailored to the needs and preferences of small business owners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, product, field support, and creative agency to ensure alignment of content with overall business objectives.
- Leverage analysis, research and competitive intelligence to identify key trends, topics, and insights relevant to small business owners, and use this information to inform content creation and distribution strategies.
- Manage and oversee content and marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content that meets quality standards and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content using relevant metrics and tools, and leverage insights to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence and engage our target audience effectively.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills**:

- 8+ years' experience in digital content marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, content management systems, SEO best practices, and social media platforms.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to tailor content for different digital channels and target audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize content performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
