Contracts Administrator

In this role, you will be responsible for execution and maintenance of subcontracts over multiple projects. Evaluate subcontract performance. Perform subcontractor audits and reports
This position is a 6+ month contract-to-hire position. This candidate must work on site and has no remote work available.
Pay: $45/Hour range
Requirements
- 2 yrs+ contract /subcontract administration in construction field
- Ability to use various types of computer programs (Word, Excel, etc)
- Oracle experience a plus
