Position Overview
Temporary position to assist with day-to-day duties for the Marketing and Business Development teams. Learn and participate in public and private procurement processes. Learn about the A/E/C industry and the roles Marketing and BD play. Update and maintain the company's client relationship management (CRM) database. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, social media posts, and updates to the website. Support BD team with research, meeting preparation, and the like.
Position Responsibilities:
- Update/maintain client database
- Create or update various marketing materials - advertisements, project profiles, resumes, presentations, newsletters
- Assist with development of social media posts
- Represent C&S at selected events or meetings
- Organize conference materials, including packing/unpacking for events
- Utilize safe work practices in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standards.
- Communicate incidents, accidents, near misses, potential hazards, and unsafe working conditions to a supervisor or the Health and Safety Department as soon as identified.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Interest in marketing and business development career
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to multi-task
Estimated Compensation Range: $15.00/hour*
*Actual compensation may vary based on prior experience, current academic year, degree program, certifications, and geographical location.
