The Corporate Manager of Human Resources (HRM)

The Corporate Manager of Human Resources (HRM) provides on-going consultation to Acute Care Hospitals, HR Directors, C-Suite staff, Regional VPs, and also provides regular support to the Corporate Director, Human Resources with special projects and assignments. In this position, the candidate will serve a dual role as an employee advocate and management liaison. They must be resourceful and flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of the Company.

Essential Job Duties:
  1. Provide strategic Corporate HR guidance and consultation to Acute Care hospital management staff.
  2. Use HR analytics to align with key strategic objectives in the Acute Care Division.
  3. Assist with overseeing the Companys Dispute Resolution Process. Consult with Facility HR Directors and Senior Leadership regarding employee relation issues, legal and compliance matters, progressive discipline, and performance documentations.
  4. Develop and interpret HR policies and Employee Handbooks, employee relations, and perform special project assignments.
  5. Develop and present HR competency training programs, conduct site visits, HR orientation and other training programs.
  6. Monitor metrics and provide feedback to facilities to ensure compliance with Human Resource initiatives. Deliver solutions, trainings, and support to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and obtain the best outcomes.
