As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a highly skilled Low Voltage Project Superintendent to join our team. Job Description: The Low Voltage Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the installation and implementation of low-voltage systems on construction projects. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in low-voltage systems, and a proven track record of managing complex construction projects. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the installation of low voltage systems including but not limited to security, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, intercom, and

data/telecommunications. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project schedules, ensuring the timely completion of all low-voltage installations. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality, and adherence to project plans and specifications. Manage and mentor a team of low-voltage technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Monitor project budgets and costs related to low voltage systems installation, identifying, and addressing any deviations or discrepancies. Coordinate with building inspectors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to overcome challenges during the installation phase. Maintain accurate documentation including project reports, progress updates, and change orders. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and any issues or concerns that may arise. Uphold company safety policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance among all project team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in low voltage systems installation and project management, preferably in the construction industry. Minimum of 3 years experience in Fire alarm systems. Strong knowledge of low voltage systems including design, installation, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA, and building/fire codes. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced construction environment.
