Inside Sales Representative

Premise One is a leading provider of low voltage security technology solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Arizona. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, be an extrovert who possess strong communication and inter-personal skills, and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their security needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our low voltage security technology products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions and addressing any concerns or objections.
Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize sales opportunities effectively using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting of sales revenue.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and technical support staff to coordinate sales efforts, optimize processes, and maximize revenue generation.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from clients and colleagues, participate in training sessions, and take initiative to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or security industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Knowledge of low voltage security technology solutions and industry trends is a plus.
