This individual will partner with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to elevate our search practice through advanced automation and in-depth analyses that uncover campaign optimization opportunities. As a senior leader, you will collaborate with fellow marketing professionals to define and execute on Realtor.com’s strategy for search engine marketing across partner platforms. **What you’ll do:** + Develop and iterate on SEM strategies and products that drive business results. + Research, design, and build proof of concept products, then work to scale and automate these solutions. + Partner with data science and engineering on SEM-focused solutions, including optimal bidding curves, budget allocation algorithms, campaign automation, incrementality and A/B tests, audience building, landing page optimization, and DSA page feeds. + Automate continuous campaign performance monitoring. + Identify gaps in Search Term coverage and optimize results based on Query intent. + Audit and improve Realtor.com’s tracking and tagging for search to identify gaps. + Resolve ad hoc technical issues in the channel, acting as the primary technical contact with search vendors and internal engineering teams. + Collaborate with Analytics and Martech teams to design and launch high-quality tests, and monitor these tests for improvement opportunities. **How we work:** We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration.
