Then, we invite you to join us.Together we are better.Why You Should Apply:Competitive payGreat benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and moreExcellent growth and advancement opportunities401k with 5% MatchGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) programWhat You Will Do:Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy goals.Develop and execute marketing plans.Manage inquiry database documenting all contact made.Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events.Ensure inquiries are followed up within a timely fashion, including nights and weekends.Maintain and manage the marketing budget.Collaborate with the Director and Health Care Coordinator to schedule assessments and move-ins.Participate in local organizations and committees to strengthen referral relationships.Why You Are Qualified: A degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or related area preferred2-4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and/or sales desiredExperience working with marketing plans and external salesHired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, and other pre-employment practices as required by law.
