The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for providing support to ensure that key sales and marketing efforts are carried out smoothy, timely and effectively within the marketing plan. The Move-In Coordinator plays a vital role in the sales efforts when moving in a new resident.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar sales/marketing coordinator role
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Assisted Living, nursing home background is preferred
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to clearly and proficiently communicate with people of all ages
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends from time to time
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Must have strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out effective sales tours
- Respond to sales inquiries by phone and walk-ins
- Leads the move-in process by obtaining important information from nursing
- Maintain current information in preparation of the move-in
- Communicate on a regular basis with resident's family members prior to move-in, day of move-in and post move-in
- Update, keep track of all sales collateral information including floor plans, brochures, etc.
- Attends weekly sales meetings; distribute agenda for calls/meetings
- Assists with sales events when necessary
