The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for providing support to ensure that key sales and marketing efforts are carried out smoothy, timely and effectively within the marketing plan. The Move-In Coordinator plays a vital role in the sales efforts when moving in a new resident.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar sales/marketing coordinator role
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Assisted Living, nursing home background is preferred
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to clearly and proficiently communicate with people of all ages
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends from time to time
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Must have strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carry out effective sales tours
  • Respond to sales inquiries by phone and walk-ins
  • Leads the move-in process by obtaining important information from nursing
  • Maintain current information in preparation of the move-in
  • Communicate on a regular basis with resident's family members prior to move-in, day of move-in and post move-in
  • Update, keep track of all sales collateral information including floor plans, brochures, etc.
  • Attends weekly sales meetings; distribute agenda for calls/meetings
  • Assists with sales events when necessary
