Exhibits mission-focused thinking and participates in the nursing strategic planning process and aligns service goals and objectives with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Ensures areas of responsibility comply with requirements of planning, regulatory, inspecting agencies, and hospital/department policies. Able to read; write and speak with professional quality; use computer and software programs necessary to the position (Word, Excel, Power Point); operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position.
