- Provide personal care and support to patients with complex physical and behavioral needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
- Enter accurate and timely patient information into electronic medical records.
- Perform various patient support tasks, including basic patient education and direct care activities.
- Current California CNA licensure
- Experience in hospital nursing and patient care
- At least one year of experience as a CNA
- Ability to provide nursing care for adult medical and surgical patients
- Current BLS certification
- No health or physical disability restrictions that interfere with job duties
- Documented training and skills verification
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
