Prepare regular reports providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Assist with market research and new business development.Assist in the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and ensure a positive brand representation during events.Other Sales/Marketing administrative duties, as necessary.Required Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field with 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.Requires an in-depth working knowledge of Social Media Marketing and email marketing. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills both internally and externally.Team focused communication style.Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues. Strong initiative to address and solve problems.Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills:Proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, SEO, and/or website design. Prior experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platform.Physical Skills:Sitting, standing, and walking in office, warehouse and manufacturing environments.Ability to bend, lift, and position self to move about the office, as needed.
