salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Manages credit hold policy, reviewing customer account status, payment and collections.
  • Provides communications to MAs (marketing associates), on customer accounts. Handles escalated collection accounts.
  • Performs regular review of customer files to manage risk and remain compliant with audit controls.
  • Makes recommendations on bad debt management.
  • Accounts set ups - Gathers and analyzes credit applicants' financial data to evaluate risk. Assesses creditworthiness of individuals and companies. Reviews, analyzes and approves or denies customer credit applications.
  • Support the Credit Manager and the finance department to ensure that customer (both internal and external) expectations and company goals are obtained.
