Job Description

Role: Operations Intern

Purpose: Are you ready to dive into a finger-lickin' good internship with KFC? We're on the hunt for a passionate intern to team up with our awesome operations team and vendor partner to spice up our guest care solutions. If you're all about great customer service and digital marketing, keep reading

Location: Louisville, KY

Compensation: $16 -18/hour
What You'll Do:
  • Team Up: Partner with our customer care vendor to review and boost our guest experience strategies.
  • Analyze & Innovate: Dig into customer feedback and data to find ways we can be even more amazing.
  • Strategize: Help develop and roll out plans to make our guests smile even wider.
  • Collaborate: Join meetings and brainstorm sessions with the KFC and Alorica crews.
  • Report: Create cool reports and presentations with your findings and ideas.
  • Support: Jump into digital marketing projects focused on customer engagement.
Who You Are:
  • Student Status: A rising sophomore or junior majoring in business or digital marketing.
  • Skill Set: Sharp analytical mind, problem-solving pro, and top-notch communicator.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team Player: Can work solo or with a squad.
  • Detail-Oriented: Precision and quality are your jam.
  • Local Legend: Local candidates preferred for those on-site moments.
