**Night Front Desk Representative**

The Night Front Desk Representative will play a role in welcoming people to Grace. S/he will undertake all Receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance in the evenings. S/he is the face of the church for all visitors and responsible for the first impression, making all people feel safe and comfortable as they enter and use the facility.

You are a believer in a growing relationship with Christ. You have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You are able to deal with concerns and give accurate information. You have a customer-oriented approach. You strive to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises. While you could work anywhere, using your gifts to serve the Lord and the local church gives you more joy and fulfillment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Keep the front desk neat and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)

* Enthusiastically greet and welcome guests

* Answer questions and address any concerns or requests

* Direct visitors to the meetings rooms

* Provide administrative and clerical support as needed

* Monitor the building cameras for the safety and security of people inside the building

* Collect the trash in the common areas

* Turn the building lights off

* Lock and secure the building at the end of the evening

* Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

* Proven experience as front desk representative, agent, or relevant position

* Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.)

* Proficient in English (oral and written)

* Knowledge of Google Suite and/or MS Office

* Strong communication and people skills

* Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

* Problem-solving skills

* Customer service orientation

* High School diploma; additional education a plus

RELATIONSHIPS

The Night Front Desk Representative reports to the Facilities Coordinator.

Hours: Monday & Wednesday, 4:30 PM 9:30 PM + extra hours as needed.
