Manage project risks and issues and take appropriate actions to mitigate them. Ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly defined, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders. Track and manage project expenditures to ensure projects are within budget and financial goals are met. Provide leadership and direction to project team members and stakeholders to ensure project success. Ensure all projects follow standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for infrastructure projects. Experience in managing projects with budgets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Working Conditions Work is primarily performed in an office setting. Occasional travel to project sites may be required. May work extended hours or weekends to meet project deadlines.
