About job:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team, providing exemplary customer service to clients and visitors. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring seamless communication. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the reception area, handle incoming calls, and assist in coordinating office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and an ability to multitask in a busy environment

Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Job: Full time

Location: Houston, TX

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area to provide a welcoming environment.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
