Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant
Brooks Group Insurance Agency LLC, a subsidiary of Venbrook Group, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. As a full-service wholesale distributor of specialty insurance products and services, we offer a warm, casual, and welcoming work environment that fosters a family-like atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management and scheduling appointments
Manage daily mail duties, including sorting and distributing correspondence
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
Coordinate catering orders for office meetings and events
Plan and organize internal meetings, including venue selection and logistics
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proactive approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Professional demeanor with a customer service orientation
