Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Receptionist to join our team at Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. as part of our Outpatient Pediatric Center. The ideal candidate will be available to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively greet patients, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service.

About This Role:

This position involves scheduling appointments, confirming patient information, performing general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and copying, and maintaining a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming patient details
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, and copying
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and families

Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified individual who is kid-friendly, outgoing, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and be proficient in software applications used in a healthcare setting.
