Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing (in-house or agency)
  • Experience developing, executing and refining social and influencer strategies
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns in the fashion/beauty and existing relationships with influencers or talent managers
  • Extremely leaned into all social media platforms (TikTok/Instagram)
  • Passion for building relationships and connecting with people
  • Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • A creative thinker, always bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Able to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic and ever-evolving.

Overview:

  • Lead and execute influencer strategies that support the overall business and marketing objectives to drive brand awareness and secure online influencer engagements and impressions.
  • Improve the brand awareness and brand reputation among key fashion and lifestyle influencers
  • Lead the management of all evergreen and campaign gifting initiatives including, but not limited to, gift ideation, building processes with operation/marketing teams, influencer prospecting, outreach, shipping/hand-delivery coordination, and campaign performance.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations on seeding strategy via data inventory factors.
  • Pitch Marketing Manager and Founders on innovative influencer retention tactics.
  • Identify and cultivate meaningful relationships with top-tier influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Prospect new influencers that align with brand values and new audience goals.
  • Manage daily communication with influencers/management via email, DM, + text,
  • Identify talent, negotiate contracts, manage content rights, share final deliverables, track timelines, and report on paid partnership performance.
  • Measure and report on program performance using in-house analytics and third-party tools such as ShopMy and LTK share insights to direct influencer efforts
  • Stay on top of key industry trends, competitive insights and industry leaders in social media.
  • Attend events and support experiential projects as needed.

This role is based out of our West Los Angeles office, and will require an in-office presence Monday-Thursday.
