Bring your extensive influencer marketing strategy experience to a high-growth health and wellness consumer goods brand.


Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take the lead on influencer marketing strategy with an ROI-driven approach across earned and paid collaborations and brand ambassador initiatives to foster awareness, engagement, and conversion.


What You’ll Be Doing:


You will lead the strategy and execution of all paid partnerships including performance evaluation, influencer roadmaps, and collaboration with internal teams for campaign focal points.


You’ll lead contract negotiations with talent and/or their agencies, ensure contractual adherence, and manage the overall influencer marketing budget.


You will need to stay on top of industry trends, and opportunities, and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers.


Lead the influencer manager on curating talent and bringing the roadmap to life


Oversee all influencer activities aimed at bolstering social reach, fostering engagement, and driving sales through organic, paid, and affiliate initiatives.


You will manage and curate influencer content and ensure compliance with usage rights.


What You’ll Need for Success:

  • 7+ years of influencer paid and whitelisting experience
  • 5+ years managing and leading teams
  • Background in the D2C beauty, wellness, or nutrition industries at either a brand or an agency
  • Proven success in developing full-funnel influencer campaigns that have contributed to business performance and brand goals.
  • Ability to commute to the West Hollywood office 1+ days per week.





The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 but can be negotiable DOE. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
