You will be based in Charlotte, NC and this role is hybrid. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), you will strive to create the best possible recruitment experience for candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business partners, etc. by assisting the team with dispatching requisitions, handling candidate travel, and pre-employment screenings.In addition, you will develop your project and organizational skills by partnering with the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and document processes and provide oversight for several key business processes. The successful candidate will be organized, creative, and detail oriented with the ability to positively influence the growth of Electrolux North AmericaWhat youll do:Provide through leadership, foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and provide best in class experience to our candidates, hiring managers and talent acquisition teamCoordinate travel and candidates accommodations with the Electrolux Travel CenterConducts pre-employment screenings for all prospective employeesInitiate relocation for external candidates along with internal transfersCollect completed documentation from candidatesIdentifying opportunities for improving candidate experienceOperate with the highest ethical standards and handle confidential information while demonstrating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and sound judgmentWho you are:You thrive having several projects running simultaneously; flexibility and agility are essential. You set the pace and the priorities, and then you bring a methodical approach to meeting your goals. Both reactive and proactive, you work efficiently and flexibly to deliver results. You build networks and trust, good working relationships and apply your influence to shaping change.Qualifications required:High School Diploma1+ year of experience coordinating multiple projects and provide excellent customer service. preferred experience in Human ResourcesStrong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Notes, Internet and other related softwareExcellent organizational, time management and customer service skillsAs part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
