  • Understands key components, primarily of IT network, but also some server and PC devices.
  • Capable of manufacturing system integration, including design, build, and implementation of manufacturing IT network infrastructure.
  • This job may include knowledge of or experience with web services, database administration, midrange, personal computing, telecommunications, and mobility.
  • Support of general purpose and manufacturing business network systems site-wide.
  • Support of network security and business infrastructure for the facility.
  • Bridges the gap between DuPont's in-house knowledge and remote support teams.
  • Requires knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and Process Control Networks.
  • Requires strong communication and troubleshooting capabilities.
Must Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6+ years of professional experience required.
  • Experience working with IT architects and service providers to create standards and solutions in the infrastructure space.
  • Experience with IT networks, Servers, and PC devices.
  • Experience with manufacturing system integration, including design, build, and implementation of manufacturing IT network infrastructure.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and 11 deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Printers, Scanners, Label Printers.
Nice to Haves:
