Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Watch Support Technician PRN to join our team at Grafton Integrated Health Network. As a Contract Watch Support Technician PRN, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of clients, staff, and contractors on our premises. You will be the eye and ear for contractors, warning them of unanticipated events and participating in training to identify Richmond Campus buildings and grounds as well as client elopement security risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review contractor review sheets with contractors to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Monitor contractors to ensure they follow safety protocols and procedures.
  • Instruct contractors on when to stop work due to unanticipated events or changes in plans.
  • Communicate immediately with Program Support and managers about client interventions in off-limits areas.
  • Maintain communication with Maintenance Supervisors throughout the day via walkie-talkie.
  • Be flexible with work schedules to meet the needs of the team.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Complete records, forms, and files as needed.
  • Perform snow removal duties and assist with emergency work situations as skill level allows.
  • Perform other related work as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational training and coursework in a skilled trade (preferred).
Special Requirements

Employee must possess a valid driver's license.

Compensation

Starting at $15/hour up to $17/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
