Manufacturing EngineerJob Description
+ Develop Assembly process systems aligned to standard Bill of Process strategies through enquiry, procurement, simultaneous engineering, build, installation, and commissioning phases.
+ Work with project team assigned to the component/process (includes controls, productivity, layout, IT, material handling, and suppliers) to develop full assembly process including auto station designs and workstation & material flow layouts.
+ Resolve manufacturing concerns and feasibility issues within the Component Program Module Team (CPMT) by reviewing product drawings, determining manufacturing gaps, and communicating them to the product development team.
+ Drive Investment Efficiency process with Product Development and suppliers.
+ Develop quality documentation such as SCCAF, Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and Control Plans (DCP).
+ Assume timing and financial responsibility for respective program content.
Hard Skills
+ 2 or more years experience in Manufacturing Engineering
+ Fastening Process Experience (Preferably with Atlas Copco Tools)
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Dearborn, Michigan.
