Annual Compensation: $13.75 to $15.75 /hour Job Description Customer Service Reprsentaive City: Clearwater / State: Florida Job Description and Responsibilities The ideal candidate can manage multi-tasking and has good communication skills. We maintain a casual work environment; however, attention to detail is key. The position is for 40 hours per week. We offer full benefits after 90 days and 2 weeks' vacation after your first year. This is an excellent opportunity for more than just a job but a career Responsibilities: Use data entry techniques to create and manage customer accounts Aid clients in addressing any grievances or conflicts Be able and willing to up-sell consumers and suggest goods based on customer desires and needs Prepare product or service documents by gathering data and customer information Be an essential member of the team by contributing towards department and organization objectives and requirements Manage vast amounts of voice calls Generate sale leads · Listen actively to customers' needs to meet customer demands Create positive, trusting connections by transparent and effective interaction Aim to be as precise as possible by using the necessary tools given Follow call handling requirements Report grievances, offer effective options and suggestions within the deadlines and follow up to make sure there is resolution Keep track of customer contact, monitor customer accounts, and submit documentation Implement all protocols, rules, and regulations Take the utmost effort to engage customers Resolve customer complaints by mobile, email, fax or social media Use phones and computers to contact customers and validate account information Warmly greet customers and determine the issue or purpose for calling Remove or update accounts Aid in placing orders, reimbursements or other information Advise about company information Take confidential information such as credit card information and additional pertinent information such as contact information Place or cancel orders Respond to questions concerning warranty coverage or conditions of service Recommend options when a product is operating poorly Attempt to convince consumers to rethink cancelation Alert consumers about sales and discounts Offer products and services Use technology to handle large amounts of calls Consult with customer service supervisors and guarantee that sufficient customer service is provided Open or access call records and collect overall customer retention data Speak from scripts Address guideline changes appropriately Job Requirements Proven customer service background Great professional contacts Excellent phone communication abilities and active listening abilities Familiarity with CRM programs and processes Knowledge and adaptability and tolerance to various types of characters and temperaments Capacity to multi-task, plan and manage time efficiently High school diploma or equivalent College degree preferred but not required General knowledge of Excel Google and other programming applications Computer savvy Customer service representative top skills & proficiencies: Customer Care Brand Experience Performance Control Business Awareness Communication Skills Communications Skills Multitask Negotiation Focus on Detail People-Oriented Research Logical thinking Administrative Abilities Ability to adapt Computer knowledge This position requires a High School diploma or GED and 0-3 years of industry or relevant experience. A college degree is favored, but not mandatory. It would help if you were okay with working under immediate supervision. Typically, primary job duties do not necessitate independent judgment. You'll report to an administrator or manager. The objective is to ensure the exemplary performance of service and to achieve high customer satisfaction.
