Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Foster relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within the technology sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
US or UK citizen or have working rights
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
