We are is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to manage front office operations and ensure a positive first impression for all clients and visitors. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company's reputation for exceptional customer service and administrative efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
- Assist clients with inquiries, providing information about services and processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle mail distribution, courier services, and other administrative tasks.
- Update and manage office records, logs, and appointment schedules..
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service or administration are a plus.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
