To assist with deliveries, this person will also serve as a back-up driver. The following details are not definitive and subject to change based on organizational needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities•Build and maintain business relationships with customers•Conduct sales transactions•Recommend and promote items related to customer's product or application•Process customer returns correctly•Assist in the warehouse when needed•Serve as back-up driver for deliveries based on operational needs.Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Exceptional customer service skills required and a team playerMaintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a stressful and fast-paced environment.Work efficiently with a sense of urgency.Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plusFamiliar with dollies, pallet jacks and forkliftsAdequate physical strength and stamina to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down heavy equipment up to 50 lbs frequently.Familiar with dollies, pallet jacks and forkliftsComfortable utilizing a 6 ft ladder while carrying heavy product.Must possess the attitude of wanting to learn and grow with our CompanyQualificationHigh School diploma or GED equivalentSales or related work experience desiredMust be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.Valid driver's license with clean driving history and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordClass D LicenseHVAC or Parts experience a plusScheduleFull Time Monday through FridaySchedule is based on business needsSalary Expectations and BenefitsMinimum starting rate of $18.00 hourlyStarting rate based on experienceAbout UsIntegrity.
