Taking inbound claims calls, you'll troubleshoot a variety of claims servicing questions which can include confirmation and status of a claim, billing, and general policy inquiries. You may work with our commercial auto or workers' compensation customers and business partners. Training for this position will be conducted on-site at our Carmel, IN office location for the first 10-12 weeks. Upon successful completion of training, you will work a hybrid schedule. Must-have Qualifications A minimum of two years relevant work experience A minimum of two years post-secondary education Preferred Skills Prior call center customer service experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read) Proficient use of multiple computer applications including the ability to toggle between dual monitors Strong attention to detail Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday 8:30am-5pm during training; Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm after training.
