A thriving Medical Device Start-Up, who specialize within Foot & Ankle Medical Devices, is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead their Market Analytics and segmentation initiatives and successfully bring their FDA approved product to market.

As the Director of Marketing (Market Analytics), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the teams market strategy by harnessing the power of market analytics. You will lead a be dedicated to gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Foot & Ankle space. Your insights will drive product development, market positioning, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of market analytics strategies to drive business objectives.
Utilize market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Drive the implementation of data-driven decision-making processes throughout the marketing organization.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in market analytics or related roles within the medical device industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of the Foot & Ankle space and related market dynamics.
